PHILIPPE BROERS O EXEMPLO DO BOM PILOTO ( PHILIPPE BROERS THE EXAMPLE OF GOOD PILOT )

No ultimo dia 11, eu coloquei no blog, um vídeo em que eu elogiava alguém tanto como piloto como produtor de um dos melhores vídeo de parapente que eu já tinha visto. O que eu não sabia, é que esse senhor chama-se Philippe Broers, e que foi protagonista de um dos mais importante episódios ocorrido em 2004 em uma competição na Grécia. Leia o seguinte texto:

 Philippe Broers:
 "Durante uma manga em 2004 no Campeonato Europeu de Parapente, na Grécia, Philippe notificou o colapso de outro piloto de paraglider. O piloto, Carlos Izquierdo (ESP), perdeu altura e caiu rapidamente e embateu contra a montanha em terreno de difícil acesso. Philippe Broers imediatamente decidiu aterrar perto o local do acidente, apesar das grandes dificuldades do terreno. Ele conseguiu aterrar apenas 120m do piloto ferido, e chegou ao local  apenas alguns minutos após o acidente, apesar de ter que remover o seu próprio equipamento e correr ate  o ponto de impacto.
Carlos Izquierdo,  estava inconsciente e gravemente ferido, Fhilippe via  rádio deu detalhes das coordenadas GPS do acidente, e deu os primeiros socorros, e tentou reanimar o piloto. Ele continuou com a reanimação até à chegada da primeira equipe emergência medica que chegou  uma hora mais tarde.
Apesar de estar bem classificado na competição, com uma chance de ganhar uma medalha, Philippe Broers não hesitou em agir quando viu um piloto companheiro em apuros. Sua única preocupação era ajudar o piloto. Ele fez isso da maneira mais exemplar, seguindo as orientações para ajudar os pilotos companheiros em perigo. Carlos Izquierdo que não pôde ser salvo teve um desfecho trágico, mas de modo algum houve qualquer omissão ou falta de esforço da sua parte.
Philippe Broer não se preocupou com sua classificação na competição, assim como com sua própria segurança, demonstrando assim um grande sentido de desportivismo.

On June 11, I put on the blog, a video in which I praised someone so much as a pilot as a producer of one of the best paragliding video I have ever seen. What I did not know is that this man called Philippe Broers, and was the protagonist of one of the most important events occurred in 2004 in a competition in Greece. Read the following text: 

Philippe Broers:
 "During a task at the 2004 European Paragliding Championship in Greece, Philippe noticed another paraglider pilot’s canopy collapse. The pilot, Carlos Izquierdo (ESP), lost height rapidly and impacted the ground in difficult mountain terrain. Philippe Broers immediately decided to land close to the crash site, despite the great difficulties of the terrain. He managed to land only 120m from the injured pilot, and reached him only a few minutes after the canopy had collapsed, despite having to remove his own equipment and run uphill over difficult terrain to the impact point.
Establishing that Carlos Izquierdo was unconscious and badly injured, he radioed details of the GPS co-ordinates of the casualty, and gave first aid, attempting to resuscitate the pilot. He continued with resuscitation until the arrival of the first emergency response team on foot over an hour later.
Although scoring well in the contest, with a chance of winning a medal, Philippe Broers did not hesitate to act when he saw a fellow pilot in trouble. His only concern was to assist that pilot. He did this in the most exemplary manner, following the guidelines for assisting fellow pilots in distress. That Carlos Izquierdo could not be saved was a tragic outcome and in no way due to any omission or lack of effort on his part.
Philippe Broer’s lack of regard for either his competition ranking or his own safety while assisting a fellow pilot demonstrates his outstanding sportsmanship. "

Esse foi um dos melhores vídeos de parapente que eu ja vi, comentado minuto a minuto desde a descolagem ate o gol vale a pena ver.
Philipe Broers é um cómico.Tive o prazer de o conhecer na prova de tenerife, o gajo é mesmo um porreiro, com um humor muito tipico. Andava a voar uma Aircross Ultima 3, sempre bem classificado, e de microfone colorido com musica a falar em voo. As vezes dá a sensação que faz de proposito para chegar apenas nos 10 primeiros para filmar os gajos da frente ;). Fala nao sei quantas linguas... ;)

this was one of the best paragliding videos I have ever seen, reviewed by the minute from takeoff until the goal is worth seeing.

Philippe Broers is a cómico.Tive be happy to know the proof of tenerife, the guy is really a cool, with a very typical humor. He had been flying a Aircross Ultima 3, always well-placed microphone and colorful with music to speak in flight. Sometimes it feels like doing on purpose to get just the first 10 to film the guys from the front). Speak not know how many languages ...

After the wonderful flight reported and recorded by two of the three drivers of this odyssey, it is time for three riders count as each km from takeoff until landing. It was really magnificent.

O relato é de um dos maiores e mais respeitado piloto mundial, Mister Frank Brown. espero que vocês gostem.

Lembrei-me de começar o ano, desejando a todos os amantes do parapente, que no decorrer desse ano, tenhamos a mesma felicidade que tiveram Frank Brown, Ceceu e Rafael Saladini, ao baterem o record do mundo de distancia em 2007. Como entre relatos em voo e entrevistas, torna-se uma historia um pouco longa, dividi a façanha em 4 partes. tenho a certeza que vale a pena acompanhar cada minuto. Um bom ano de voos para todos.

I remembered to start the year, wishing all the lovers of paragliding, that within that year, we have the same happiness I had Frank Brown, Rafael Saladini Ceceu and, to beat the world record for distance in 2007. E BOM RECORDAR (IT MUST BE REMEMBEREDE)

Passado o dia de Natal, tento recordar alguns momentos passados com bons pilotos Portugueses e Espanhóis, todos eles meus amigos. Quero aqui recordar o final do campeonato Andaluz, realizado em Setembro de 2006. No final da competição, ficou apenas o desconserto da organização, em reconhecer o grau de superioridade na classificação concernente ao open(no top ten éramos 4, Nuno Virgílio foi o 2º), outras competições vieram e isso ficou patente. A verdade é que tanto essa como todas as outras que precederam, ficou patente a amizade, o carinho e a troca de experiençia entre todos nos pilotos. 

After the Christmas Day, try to remember some good times spent with Portuguese and Spanish pilots, all my friends. I wish to remind the league Andaluz, held in September 2006. After a competition, it was only "disconcert the organization, to recognize the degree of superiority in classification concerning the open (in the top ten were 4, Nuno Virgilio was the 2nd), other competitions and it came it was clear. The truth is that and all the others that preceded it, it became apparent friendship, affection and exchange of experience between all the pilots.

UMA NOITE DE DESCONTRACÇÃO ( A NIGHT RELAXATION)

É sempre gratificante em tempo de chuva, frio e vento forte, vermos um parapente ou asa delta ou planador ou qualquer coisa que voe sem motor, voando por baixo de algum cumulo, ou em alguma falésia, no ecran de um computador ou televisão qualquer, mas não vivemos só disso, os momentos de descontracção também faz parte do nosso esporte, e por isso lembrei-me de alguns momentos muito loucos do nosso esporte. Depois de um grande dia de prova, veio uma grande noite de descontracção. Isso aconteceu durante o 5º Open Do Douro Superior, Torre De Moncorvo, Portugal. Espero que gostem. Feliz Natal e Prospero Ano Novo.

It is always rewarding in the rain, cold and wind, we see a paraglider or hang glider or glider or anything that flies without engine, flying under some cumulo, or some cliff,on the screen of a computer or television any, but not only that we, the moments of relaxation is also part of our sport, so I remembered some very crazy moments of our sport. XEVI BONET MAESTRO DO PARAPENTE (XEVI BONET MASTER OF PARAGLIDING)

Foi realizado o 2º DESAFIO ISLA DE LA PALMA, essa é uma competição não pontuável  que atrai os melhores pilotos do mundo, pelo alto valor dos prémios  em dinheiro. Esse realizou-se entre 28 de Novembro  e 03 de Dezembro, esse ano a prova foi ganha por um dos grandes piloto de competição XEVI BONET. Para aqueles que não o conhece, e querem aprender um pouco da sua técnica para o sucesso, vejam essa reportagem em vídeo realizada pelo titular do famoso site OJO VOLADOR. 

 We carried out the 2nd CHALLENGE ISLAND OF LA PALMA, this is a non-scoring competition that attracts the best riders in the world, the high value of the cash prizes. This took place between 28 November and 03 December this year the race was won by one of the great racing driver XEVI BONET. 324 KM RECORD MUNDIAL FEMININO EM PARAPENTE (324 KM WORLD RECORD OF WOMEN IN PARAGLIDING)

Foi atingido o recorde de parapente feminina no nordeste do Brasil. A façanha foi conseguida pela parapentista Brasileira  Kamira Pereira, provando assim que esta parapentista esta entre as melhores do mundo, e mais uma vez  Quixadá da provas que é um dos melhores lugares do mundo, para vôos de distançia, e o lugar perfeito para quebrar recordDe uma olhada no TRACKL LOG da Kamira

Was hit another record in female paraglider in northeastern Brazil. Em tempo de chuva e vento forte, o único conforto que temos, quando bate a vontade de voar, é reviver os momentos de maior alegria, que o parapente nos proporciona. O Gil Navalho é um dos exemplos de um desses momentos. Dois minutos de registro foram suficientes para contar a historia de 336 KM.

In times of rain and strong wind, the only comfort we have, when it hits the desire to fly, is to relive the moments of greatest joy, that gives us the paraglider. Gil Navalho is an example of one of those moments. Two minutes of recording was sufficient to tell the story of 336 KM.

Era muito bom se desse uma caganeira nesse gajo, que obrigasse ele a aterrar aos 299KM, a beira de um rio cheio de crocodilos.

 

It was very good if this this guy urge to defecate , that would force it to land to 299km, the edge of a river full of crocodiles.

EM ANGOLA TAMBÉM SE VOA ( ALSO IN ANGOLA FLY )

O meu amigo Gio, esta trabalhando em Angola, e para provar que não esta inactivo, e que por lá também se voa, mandou-me uma prova incontestável, mais ainda porque tem um publico fabuloso. Que as duvidas fiquem devidamente esclarecidas.

ORELHAS = ACIDENTE (EARS = ACCIDENT)
